The Energy of Faith Over Fear

In this moment in this world, there is a dominant energy being expressed and felt, and it is fear. We are being told and shown continuously, why we should be fearful. And the evidence is mounting.
Yet, the evidence to be fearful has always existed.
And I’m still here. And you’re still here.
As a kid I was afraid of nuclear war, and of the west coast falling into the ocean. It didn’t happen. There always have been and always will be, things to fear.
The question is, does fear like this make life better? Are you happier living in fear? Are you contributing to a better world through the energy of fear?
The only time fear is helpful, is in a moment as a warning, and we respond in that moment. That’s why it is there, to be helpful in the precise moment we need it. When fear is felt for extended lengths of time, we are paying a price.
That price is our peace, our health, and our livelihood.
A better energy to practice right now, is faith.
We can look at fear and faith, as simply energies that drive our lives. Fear takes us to darker, scarier places, and faith brings us light and hope. Energetically speaking, the vibration of fear is lower in density and feels heavy on the body.
Faith is a higher vibration frequency and feels lighter on the body.
Notice when you are worried, how heavy and constricted it feels in the body physically.
When something brings you joy or even contentment, you feel lighter energetically.
When we move through life in fear, we are going to create situations that reflect our fear. Fearful people are reactive. They are hasty. They do not pause before they act. They have overreactive thoughts that circle the mind, causing them to carry a level of anxiety and intensity.
They react toward others with that fearful energy, and it spreads.
When you live in fear, without even trying, you spread it to others. You can see how the fear mentality creates wars. Whether the fear of not having enough, or fear of having something taken away, fear is the driving force behind all the conflict we see in the world.
If you are investing your energy, thoughts, and feelings in fear, then this is the world you are creating and contributing to.
We must be the change we wish to see in the world.
A much better energy to invest in, is faith. Faith lives in our heart, and is all about love, hope, and seeing the good in the world. Faithful people react in kind, literally. They have nothing to fight about or protect themselves from. They respond with presence and without judgement. They are more generous and loving.
Nurture your faith by engaging in joyful hobbies, loving, laughing, being in nature, and praying.
Prayer is my way of turning any worries, into a thank you for everything working out for the highest good of all. Since worrying is like wishing for what I don’t want to have happen, I try not to spend much time in worry, before I direct it into a prayer.
Faith grounds us and brings us back to a place of love and hope. The more of us who live from this space, the better the world will be for all.
